The separate 4000m2 CHEDI Natural Spring Water Spa and Fitness Centre will provide its services under the professional leadership of THE CHEDI hotel management.
Located directly on the beach cliffs will be the 2,000m2 CHEDI BEACH CLUB, with its own restaurants and bars, and featuring a series of swimming pools which will hug the cliffs like Balinese rice terraces.
The Pier and the Marina. The ground level of the Seafront Residences will be like a town-centre for leisure and shopping. Here are numerous restaurants with both indoor and outdoor settings, and catering to every taste. Here too are boutiques and entertainment, as well as a self-contained medical and dental centre, offering medical and dental attention as well as emergency and one-day care surgery services. The pier will feature a Boathouse that accommodates a Diving Centre, yacht insurance brokers, new and pre-owned yacht brokers, a yacht service centre and a Fisherman Store. The pier extremities will accommodate a Light Tower, a yacht petrol station and a crane to lift yachts and boats to water for the season or to dry dock and trailer for wintering. There will also be a top class Yacht Club with the Marina which has capacity for 92 moorings.
